I mean you could, but I don’t think it would be very comfortable and I think any type of movement would dislodge them from your ears and ultimately off your head. IMO. Unless, you absolutely do not move at all in your sleep (which would be weird in itself). I typically put my air pod pros in my ears when going to bed and listen to binaural beats and they typically remain in position until I awaken a couple hours later and remove them. Even with all my tossing and turning and they do have decent sound blocking technology. IME, I’ve never been able to keep over-the-ear headphones on for very long while sleeping. Hence the air pod pros. Hope this helps!
