“how do i turn off the microphone? It randomly turns on when I'm watching video. I've tried turning off/on, re-pairing bluetooth, closing the program I'm using, restarting computer. nothing works...Im using a MacBook with them”

im not sure you can turn off the mic. I'm pretty sure thats the sole purpose of it being wireless. so that your able to use it however you'd choose. I'm not sure if it can differentiate the difference between you actually wanted it to work and not.
