Yes it goes into the ear canal. You control how far by hand. No suction you can see any ear wax build up magnified on your phone, You use any of the tips they supply to scoop out. The tips are stored in the round base. You become your own ear wax removal surgeon.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It has a tiny video camera (can’t even see it) that works on your phone via their app. Video is good quality but the attached tools block much of the view so it is almost impossible to see what you are doing. It is insert into your ear- as far as you’re comfortably able to I suppose. It has several tiny attachments to remove wax (like a “scraper”); they are very small and it makes it very difficult to attach any of them. There is no suction. Did not find it helpful.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You insert it into your own ear and carefully guide it in as you watch your phone and clean out any debris you may have. But you must be careful and not go to deep as you can injure your ear drum. And no, it does not have any sort of suction. Just the different heads and a guiding light.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It’s like scraping and you don’t put in your eardrum. My ENT Doctor recommended it. I use to use cotton swabs and flushed, he told me to never put in anything in my eardrum. When you do it causes problems.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No suction. You use in the outer ear canal, not recommended to go further. The camera shows the view of the tip and the inside of the ear so you can visualize ear wax and remove it with the various tips.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No suction, just various small scoops. You don’t go very far into the ear, I think it’s like a quarter inch at most. The video quality is very good, so it’s easy to see what you are doing. It comes with detailed instructions, and how to not hurt yourself.
