QuestionMy bebird is not charging!! I’ve had it for a while but haven’t used it in a couple months!! It’s been in charge for 3 days now and the light is still red!! I hasn’t turned green at all and won’t even turn on!! Why is it not charging!?!

- Answer Yes it does. It comes with a little black rubber ring that you put on the tip to limit insertion depth. It is called an ear canal protection plug and is described in the manual.

QuestionI had moved and hadn't used my device for 2 months. After charging it up. It turned on but the blue light and light keeps flashing. It's really hard to use when the lights keep flashing. How can this be fixed and stop flashing? Thx

QuestionMy bebird ear wax cleaner is malfunctioning. The “on/off” button is “flashing” a blue light and will not turn on the light within the device to see inside the ear! And flashing blue button seems to be stuck in the on position and won’t turn off.

- Answer It says that the QR code is only to install the app. So you can just go directly to Google Play and download the app without scanning the code..

QuestionI have three different bebird tools, and out of nowhere all three just stopped showing the camera view! It says I am connect but no imagine ever shows up on the app with any of them?

- Answer I am having a similar problem, but using simple logic based on the fact that all three of yours are doing exactly the same thing, it seems overwhelmingly likely that it is your phone, not the devices. So you should try various things like restarting your phone, turning off your data and Bluetooth etc.

- Answer Try to remove the app and then reinstall the app. If that doesn't work, power off the phone and the device then turn them back on. Turn off Bluetooth and then turn it back on....try to pair again.
