No this will not work with an iPhone 7 Plus as that phone does not have wireless charging capability. I have seen cases that make the phone support wireless charging, maybe look into that first. It should work with the wireless charging case on the AirPods, but the charger is positioned vertically, so that may be a bit difficult to set up.

The issue is, the stand stands the phone up and the base doesn't allow the airpods case to reach the charging portion. You have to lay it down and then place the case on the charging pad
