When I plug it in, no green light comes on. Help! null

I just bought mine and plugged it in - no light at all! I'll try putting my phone on it to see if that changes, but it looked like it was totally dead...

I had the same product and it lasted 70 days. Save your $ and buy another brand, my opinion.

The light comes on after the phone starts charging. Indicating it is charging properly.

The green light only comes on after the phone is fully charged to 100%.

My light only comes on when charging Flashes

The light only comes on when you are charging your phone.

Mine is dead as well! 12 months old. Very poor from a prestige brand.

Did you place the charged with the flat base (where the light is) facing upwards? Then place your phone on the flat base. I know this sounds stupid but I have seen ppl placing the phone with the flat base facing downwards hence unable to charge at all. Hope this helps.

Hi, there. Have you tried to place your phone on the wireless charging pad after plugging it in? Did it start charging or nothing at all?
