You need to move the range extender to a room closer to your main router. In my case, it was having some interference in the signal received from my router. I hope this helps!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It has happened to me when I have had a power interrupt. I reset the router and reentered the password.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This occasionally happens to me also. My solution has been to unplug the Belkin Range Extender at the back of the unit and leave unplugged. Go unplug the main modem/router, wait one (1) minute, restore power. Allow the main unit to fully boot-up! Lastly, restore power to the Belkin Range Extender, allow it to complete its boot-up sequence, then you should be back in business. Hope this helps you!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This happens to me as well. If youb just hit the reset in the back and give ita couple of seconds it normally comes back. Happens about twice a week.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Probably has a poor wireless connection. Evennif it had agood connection before it could have changed. Happens all the time. Try moving it
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have another brand, Netgear WN3500RP Dual-Band WiFi Range Extender which works extremely well inside my large 3-story house, unique feature of this Netgear is that there are 2 separate status lights for 2.4GHz and 5GHz. So if either one of the lights stays solid green, then I know I am getting strong and steady WiFi signals through out my home. According to Belkin user manual http://cache-www.belkin.com/support/dl/MAN_F9K1106_8820-00923_A00_Dual-Band_WRX.PDF, a blinking amber (or you think it is red) status light refers to bad connection between the extender and your router, so you need to move the extender closer to your router. Looks like your Belkin only has one integrated status light for both 2.4GHz and 5GHz. Even though Netgear WN3500RP costs $30.00 more, to me, it is a better choice. By the way, do you have an N router that is capable of dual-band as well?
