A:AnswerThis worked to hook up my 2013 Macbook Air to a separate monitor, so I would think that it would work with yours also. I looked on Apple's website to see what products were compatible. You might want to do the same.
A:AnswerIf you have a Mini Display Port on your laptop (which I think you should), you should have no problem. It worked perfectly for me - simply plug and play! Good luck!
A:AnswerHi, Clide. The Mini Display Port-to-HDMI Adapter F2CD079 is designed to seamlessly connect laptops and tablets to an HDTV for movies, media sharing, and presentations. The adapter is not tested to work with the camera link.
A:AnswerShort answer is no. This is an hdmi to "mini" displayport adapter, your monitor does not have hdmi or mini DP input. See: https://www.cnet.com/products/hp-zr30w/specs/
You will need a displayport to mini displayport cable or adapter for macs if that's the case. It all depends on what you're connecting the monitor to. Most newer business hp pcs have a displayport so the provided cable should do the trick. For the second monitor since you may not have two displayport outputs on your PC you would need a displayport adapter to convert to whatever other type of connection you have available on your pc. Hard to say exactly what's needed without knowing what the monitors are connecting to.
A:AnswerNo it won't since iPads and iPhones need the lightning to HDMI adapters. This one is for Mac mini's, Macbook Airs, Macbook Pro that have the displayport.
A:AnswerIt should, I used it with Mac book pro 2013. It goes in the port with the lighten blot on it, then connect a HDMI wire into the other end of the belkin and plug the HDMI into the back of TV!
A:AnswerI use this on my work Dell laptop and my personal Surface 4 (with dock) to connect to two external monitors, one with the Mini Display cable and the other one via HDMI. Allows me to use both external monitors and my laptop/Surface monitor. ...works great.
