Q: QuestionCan you converse with someone with the device via smartphone?Looks like it has a speaker on the back? Can you actually hear and speak with this via smartphone?

• A:Answer Yes you can. The HD Cam has a mic for you to hear ambient noises and it also has a speaker on the back for anyone next to Camera to hear your voice. Works very well actually

• A:Answer If your wifi connection isn't strong, it will lose signal but it usually comes back fairly quickly.

Q: QuestionCan this be transferred to different locations?I am looking to be able to offer my client's the ability to see when their pet sitter arrives for each visit and how they are interacting with their pets. I would like to be able to use this device from one client's home to another, which will obviously require the clients info to be changed frequently. Will it require a desperate setup for each client so they can be emailed or texted when it detects movement?

• A:Answer Upon the installation process, you will need to create a NetCam account using a valid email address. That will be the same recipient for the motion detection email alert. You will need to reset the Netcam if you want to use another email log-in.

Q: QuestionAndroid doesn't recognize the cameraI have used the camera in the past without any problems. Now I've been trying to connect and my Samsung phone doesn't recognize the camera and it keeps on giving me the message "Camera is currently offline. You cannot change it's (Estrange to find a typo on this kind of technology) configuration when I press on the setting icon. I reset to original setup with no change. I have put the device on different distances from the router with no change. Connecting and disconnecting my WiFi doesn't do it. please let me know how to make this camera work.

• A:Answer You can setup rules for this in the app or use IFTTT and add the channel for Belkin. However, the motion sensor is super sensitive. It bombarded my mailbox with snapshots within a minute. However, I was impressed that the motion notification that included the image capture with it.

• A:Answer Yes it does come in a sealed package. I'm not sure if Best Buy ships to Malaysia. Their customer service was excellent so do not hesitate to call them in order to find out.
