- Answer Hi. The Belkin SOUNDFORM ELITE G1S0002 has an Amazon Alexa feature. The Belkin SOUNDFORM app will ask if you would like to set up Alexa at this time. Alexa is not required to set up or use the speaker. For information on Amazon Alexa setup with the speaker, check this out: https://www.belkin.com/us/support-article?articleNum=317561. If you prefer, however, to skip the Alexa setup and complete the speaker setup, tap on Skip.

- Answer Hi, Dj. Yes, the Belkin G1S0002 speaker has two built-in far-field microphones which can be used for phone calls. You can use the speaker as the audio device for the call.

QuestionI purchased the SoundForm about two years ago from Best Buy. I reached out to Belkin to order a replacement replacement power supply. I was told they do not make the power supply but a manager would review and contact me back. I have not heard from anyone

- Answer Hi. The Belkin SOUNDFORM ELITE G1S0002 can charge Qi-compatible phones such as iPhone 8, however, it is currently not tested with iPhone 13 phone series. The product also has three speakers, one 35mm at 30W maximum full-range speaker and two 70mm at 60W maximum "Push-Push" woofers.
