A:Answer I upgraded to 10 and have had no problems. If you've already tried holding down the four corner buttons (simultaneously - for 5 seconds - which 're-sets' the keyboard) until you see the blue connection indicator light blink (it's small, and on the right upper side corner of the keyboard), and that didn't reset the keyboard try holding the keys down a little longer. Worked for me on the one time that the Bluetooth connection failed. The Belkin site also suggests clearing the iPad's Bluetooth settings (Belkin's website has instructions for how to do this - very simple). Other than that, power down and try it again, and if that doesn't work, you might try re-installing 10 again. It's a pain, but that worked for someone else. Hope that this helps! If not, try returning the keyboard to the store for a replacement, if it is still under the limited warranty (try, even if it's not).
