• The Belkin N300 wireless adapter is a single band (2.4ghz) adapter capable of up to 300 mbps connection speed. The Belkin N600 is a dual band adapter (2.4ghz and 5ghz) and is capable of up to 600 mbps (300 mbps on each band) when paired with a dual band router. • you will want to match it to your router, as if your router is a 300, use a 300.
