• I bought a 4 Quart Bella Slow Cooker from Hobby Lobby, it is missing the LOCKING BAND.I purchased it on December 30, 2021. I have called 2 times & spoke to 2 different people & they both said they would get back to me. I never heard from either & it has been several weeks!!! I'd love to have the locking band as I enjoy taking my favorite recipes to parties we attend. Hopefully I will hear from you regarding the replacement part in a timely manner. Thank you!
