- Answer Yes you can. I've done it with my older version of this toaster. I have not used foil yet in my recent purchase because it's been easy to clean. As long as I don't put it in the dishwasher, it should remain in great shape.

- Answer I don't think it is made for that because the unit gets very warm while in use. But maybe the company will think otherwise.

- Answer It is easy to use with only 2 knobs, and it's useful for toasting and heating up foods. I believe it is way too small for any bakewear besides single serve dishes, you may want to check the size of the oven
