A:AnswerI have had it happen when I am in the process of filling the tank and trying to start. It seems like there is a water level sensor inside that has to have a minimum of 2 cups of water before it will actually power on.
A:AnswerI think it does, but your total tec is actually first. We had ours less than a week and returned it to Best buy. No harm, no foul. It just was less than we expected. Good luck!
A:AnswerI would start with, "Get back to work or you're fired!" If that doesn't work, try contacting the manufacturer about its 1-year manufacturer's warranty. If that still doesn't work, I'd recommend a shotgun and some target practice.
A:AnswerDon’t think I need a manual is a question? But since I was asked - I did receive a manual with my coffee pot however I didn’t need to use it at all. The buttons on the front are pretty self explanatory and I had my time set as well as my auto-brew for the next morning done in about 2 minutes & it worked fine. My only complaint with mine is that it does tend to drip onto the hot plate when the carafe is removed. I just keep a cloth in the closest drawer to quickly wipe it off so it doesn’t stick & burn.
