A:Answer I used the basic bread recipe from the back of the book and didn't care for it. I downloaded a bread recipe from the internet. Put the wet ingredients first (1 cup lukewarm water, 1/3 c lukewarm milk, 3 T butter), then add dry (3 3/4 cups flour, 3 T sugar, 1 1/2 tsp salt), then add 2 tsp yeast. I did used bread flour and bread machine yeast, but the recipe just says all-purpose flour and active dry yeast or instant yeast. I had already bought the bread flour and bread machine yeast, so I used it.
