How do you preheat? null

Turn it on to 100 -200 degrees before frying or baking

I set the temperature about 250 degrees for 5 minutes at a time . Just to make sure it’s not over heated and dry .

To preheat a manual air fryer, set the desired temperature and turn the fryer on. Preheating should take 2-5 minutes depending on size (and temp). While a 3 quart air fryer should hit temp at 2 minutes, a good rule of thumb is to simply allow for 1 minute per quart (I.e. a 4 quart air fryer should allow for 4 minutes of preheating).
