A dehydrator is low temp low air speed device. This device also lacks the space and racks necessary to be efficient for dehydration.

A:AnswerI suggest trying 20 minutes first, if not done you can always cook longer. A tip I found helpful. When making something that browns and crisps like french fries, I spray the food with nonstick spray. It does help make food crispy and brown. Just experiment with it till you get the hang of it.....
