- Answer Is it a crock pot? No. But, you can use this as a slow cooker too. This works for slow cooking like a crockpot but has several other features as well which makes it versatile. You can steam, slow cook, saute, and pressure cook with this multi cooker. It's really an awesome item to have! You won't be sorry!

- Answer i would go with instapot. this is supposed to have a 2 year warranty and they would not replace mine, and ive seen alot of reviewers that are having this same issue

QuestionMy multicooker has worked well recently. Today when I program it- put in time, the start button continues to blink when pushing and it won't begin to preheat/cook as usual. I've checked the plug & lid and powered off/back on with no luck. Any ideas?

- Answer Here is Bella Support information. Good luck it's a long drawn-out process. You will need the silver tag off the back a long with your receipt. send a picture of both to the e-mail below. Along with your name, address, and contact number. You will be asked to cut the cord of the back of the cooker and send in another photo showing the cord has been cut, after they contact you. 1-866-832-4843 MON-FRI 8:30AM-5:30PM ET [email protected]

QuestionWhat is the non-stick surface and is the interior pot removable for washing?

- Answer Hello, thanks for reaching out. The non-stick coating is basically a number of fluoropolymer resin compounds (principally PTFE) that are solid, non-toxic plastic polymers having inherent non-stick properties. Our non-stick coatings are made without PFOA which is the chemical that has been found to be persistent in the environment and has been detected at low levels in blood-bank samples.
