Q: QuestionAfter charging, when I push the power button twice, nothing happens - any suggestions other than returning it?

• A:Answer I had the same problem and tightened the bottom of the jar to activate the connection and it solved the problem. The instruction booklet stated that in the print somewhere after I read it later.

• A:Answer Maybe the base is not tightly sealed or attached with the clear plastic glass or the cap is not tightly sealed with the clear glass or it needs a little bit of water first before putting other things inside. Mine goes with the black cord. I would like to buy the same one again.

• A:Answer I have this unit and the BlenderJet. This unit lasts way longer per charge, and it seems to be stronger than the BlenderJet. This unit can handle ice, the BlenderJet doesn't. I moved over to this unit to do my blending. The only thing the BlenderJet is, it looks prettier :D ...
