You could, but I wouldn’t advise it. Heating milk requires a low heat with constant stirring so that solids do not stick and burn to the heated surface. This causes difficulties cleaning afterwards that involves scrubbing. Try a milk steamer instead:)

I don't see why not, but be aware that the floor and the spout of the pot are stainless, not glass & will need careful cleaning.
