Calling BB customer service should work.

BB will transfer from customer care to digital who is based in India and work on behalf of Bestbuy but not for Bestbuy. They are unable to make changes only able to resend or look up minimal account information. You will need to talk to someone at Corporate which those people are hard to get a hold of.
