Same issue here. No worries, Best Buy doesn't have anything I can't get from Amazon. So, because Best Buy can't get their account verification process sorted out, Amazon has been getting hundreds of dollars that would have gone to Best Buy. It's been over a year since I've been able to log into my account.

They say they are sending a verification code to my email, I NEVER receive it, and I have obviously checked my spam folder. Have to buy from somewhere else. They may be going out of business and do not want any more purchases or something. Ridiculous.

You ask for an email address instead to email it, but don't. You guys aren't serious, so I'll be driving down and have a few words with whomever is going to be unfortunate enough to deal with me.

I had already tried several times online with the same failure to get the emailed verification code. I wonder where these emails sent from Best Buy are ending up,... If I cannot change the password when I wish, I think the account is a: useless and b: a security threat.

They never called back though my phone number and email were verified as correct with them. Also...my family email does work when I ask for the password when I need to change the address, just the business one, the account I need for a company purchase (with the TOTAL account) isnt working. So its not an issue of whatever internet something they are using to send the verifications, at least not for me. Infuriating.
