• A:Answer Same issue here. No worries, Best Buy doesn't have anything I can't get from Amazon. So, because Best Buy can't get their account verification process sorted out, Amazon has been getting hundreds of dollars that would have gone to Best Buy. It's been over a year since I've been able to log into my account.

• A:Answer I used mine in store. I just took a picture of the email that had the card number,and PIN number they were able to just scan the card number(bar code) you can just open your email on your phone and scan it that way too, I just figured the screenshot pic is easier to get to at the moment of purchase.

• A:Answer Yes, but there is a limit. You can use up to 15 cards per transaction in store, and 10 online at bestbuy.com. They won't let you go to Customer Service to just combine gift cards into one big one, but a good workaround I found to get is to buy an item worth around what 15 of your cards are worth. Then return that item to get a single card worth all those 15 cards.

• A:Answer When you receive the email indicating the gift card is ready, and you click the link a website will open showing the gift card number and pin code. I suggest you either take a screenshot or document this information. As it is hard to find on Best Buy’s website. Then make your purchase and provide the information at checkout. Good luck
