- Answer You need to know the distance that the TV station antennas are from your home. Based on the distance will tell you the strength of the indoor antenna you need to buy. I bought a 50 mile one because most of the stations I needed are within a 50 mile range. Use this website to plug in your ZIP Code and find out how far they are. Then scroll to the bottom and it will show you the distance from your home but the channels that you can get. Hope this helps. https://www.antennasdirect.com/transmitter-locator.html

QuestionThe sticky pads don't last in adhering to the wall. Can I use push pins to attach this antenna to the wall?

- Answer I had the same problem and used velcro. The sticky pads are a joke. I had them installed on 3 tvs and all 3 fell off within a few hours of when the technician left.

- Answer No. Netflix is a internet service. You must have a internet service to use it. This antenna is for receiving TV signals. This works like the old rabbit ears that were on top of the TV in 80 and before.

- Answer I bought one of these recently and it works just fine facing a wall behind our TV, and it is not even high up on the wall, as is often suggested. Only issue was I had to ensure it was not directly opposite to our air conditioning unit which is the other side of the wall (outside). Get great reception here in Houston for all the local channels, all in HD.

- Answer This antenna does not have an option to adjust the audio. Try to run a channel scan again. If the issue persists with other channels, try to use a different TV.

- Answer I used rabbit ears before i purchased this antenna. This works much better. I was able to add many more channels with this antenna connected. I do find that when I plug in the antenna, the strong channels can be worse. If this happens, unplug the active antenna, and plug it in on the weaker ones. This antenna is not as good as an attic antenna, but is a good option if you can't install an attic antenna. Place as high as possible and close to a window for bsst results.

- Answer The antenna does not use WiFi at all. The antenna and WiFi are separate ways of receiving signals. I select using the antenna by selecting Source on my TV remote, and selecting TV; for WiFi (using Roku) I select HDMI (the one connected to the Roku device, as mine has several HDMI ports). You will need to find out how to get your TV to look for, “learn” and remember what channels are available to you (it works differently on different brands of TVs).
