How can I get the tv from not tilting down ? null

You can adjust the tension on the two bolts in the middle of the bracket that is attached to the extending arms. 13mm socket fits the nuts, a short extension is helpful but just snug them up a bit tighter and see if that helps. I recommend only turning the nuts 1/4 round at a time and then check the results and repeat until you are satisfied with the angle and position of your tv.

Don’t think you can. Think maybe the way the mount functions. Mine tilts down as well slightly
