• A:Answer Yes, they’ll tell you to go to either Home Depot or any local tech service in your local area. Oh and Lowe’s but I’m a small time I like to patronize local businesses so I will see them first they usually work with you because they are not a monopoly.

My Best Buy Total offers 20% discount on repair services as well as many reduced or no-cost computer software support options. You do not need appliances or TVs to be able to take advantage of the benefits of My Best Buy Total.

• A:Answer My Best Buy Total does not include free delivery or haul aways. We currently offer free delivery on appliance purchases $399 or more. Haul aways are not included in the free delivery. If you want an old appliance hauled away, it will cost $59.99, as long as we are bringing out a new product. If you are just interested in us coming out to haul away an item, it's $199.99.
