• There appears NO option to DELETE a card on your website. FIX IT. I use prepaid cards now. no more auto debits. please fix your website. i select the card then it has edit this address / add new address no "edit" aka "delete" card from your history. due to scammers .... they can't over draft my prepaid card.

• My Visa credit card that is included in my account was deleted by Chase and I was sent a new card today. I need to update it in my account history so that my Total Teck Membership for 2024 is paid. Can you please direct me to this otherwise I cannot deal with Best Buy after 22 years of service. Thank You Julia Modugno
