Hi, Elle! Thanks for your interest in the Totaltech membership. One of the most popular benefits of Totaltech is free in-home installation of a new TV purchased from Best Buy, when scheduled during the purchase transaction. This includes mounting that new television to the wall, even if you have an existing TV in that spot. We would unmount the existing TV and then put up the new one. You specifically asked about moving the existing TV to another room, and our agents are generally happy to help out with that. If part of that "moving" process includes setting up that old TV in the other room, and/or mounting that existing TV to the wall, that would incur some additional (discounted!) charges, but just moving it would be free. And haul away of an existing TV is also included for free with any TV purchase, for our valued Totaltech members.
