“How good is the Geek squad phone or chat service in solving problems I have using a computer?”

On a brand new computer, I have had 6 different Geek Total tech people. Well, I still do not have google or ebay. I used to love them. Not pleased and too frustrated to waste more hours online at this time. I gave the last one a 10, but did not realize that google was not there
