I just tried to price match via online chat and couldn't get a refund for a fridge i just bought last week. Was told that because there are bundles they can't price match. I guess my receipt shows bundle with ttech so i don't know why best buy would even tell me I can price match within the 60 days of purchase. I am really wondering if I will need to return my fridge and just purchase a new one for a better price and maybe cancel my microwave that is supposed to be installed this Wednesday. Hoping to go in and speak to someone tomorrow.

I tried on several occasions and they kept telling me it was in progress even though I never got the money back. I then eventually just gave up because it was so frustrating. I never received the price match guarantee, don't depend on this.

Please try again later.Yes, I bought a new computer 7/3/2023, 2 weeks later it went on sale for 200 dollars off, i went to Best Buy and they refunded 200.00 dollars with no questions asked. about a month later it went on sale for 300 dollars off, i went back to Best Buy again and they refunded me another 100.00 dollars back.

That laptop probably costed them $15 , of course they had to pay the super smart geek squad (who really didn't even know how to properly format a hard drive). Circuit city was good when they were around. It'll only take a few more years and best buy will be gone bankrupt. I cannot wait for this to happen. I'm hoping for 2024 bankruptcy.
