Best Buy's Total membership does not cover lost or stolen items. However, there are additional plans available for select devices that do cover loss and theft, but these come at an extra charge.

There are plans for lost and theft at additional charge for select devices, however Totaltech automatically give you Best Buy Protection plans on new purchases while the plan is active.
