“Can I use this plan for the installation of a dishwasher?”

I just ordered a dishwasher and it's charging $179.99 for installation. Not sure what's changed as I have never paid for installation of anything. TV, TV Mount, Garbage disposal, above stove Microwave. This does not include any required hardware.
