Thank you for the question Rick. With your Totaltech plan we can troubleshoot printer issues and provide software related services at no charge. For example a setting causing the printer to get disconnected from your network would be at no cost to repair. Printers purchased under your Totaltech plan at Best Buy would also receive hardware coverage as Best Buy Protection plans are added automatically at the time of purchase. For that it would be no charge if the item has a hardware issue such as no longer powering on. If the printer was purchased before the Totaltech plan or purchased outside of Best Buy it would not get the Best Buy Protection hardware plan but would still have software coverage and free troubleshooting.
