Hello! Auto renewal cannot be turned off for Totaltech memberships. The reason for this is that the membership is tied in with any of the free 24 month protection plans a member has from products purchased with an active membership, and if the plan stops being renewed, those protection plans would also cancel. You will receive a notification 30 days before your renewal date and have the option to cancel anytime you like if you choose not to continue using your membership.
