    • Answer Yes, free standard installation and delivery is included under your Best Buy Total Tech. We can certainly assist you with setting up your new TV and getting your TV app installed under your membership. You will want to make sure you have signed up for the service beforehand so your installation agent can assist you with getting the app installed. As I do not know what TV you are purchasing, I can’t say yes or no on the Fire or Roku stick, but if you are purchasing a new smart TV, chances are it will support YouTubeTV without an issue and you won’t need either.     • Answer Hi there fellow member, Totaltech members get a 10% discount on most purchases at Best Buy, including appliances. However, you can't use the Totaltech discount on items that are already on sale. So, if you see a fridge that's on sale, you'll have to choose between the sale price and the Totaltech discount. One thing to keep in mind is that Totaltech members also get free delivery and installation on most appliances. So, even if you can't use the Totaltech discount on the sale price of the fridge, you might still save money on delivery and installation. I hope this info helps! ;)

You do not have to get a new one if you don't want to. To return your Galaxybook2 Pro 360, simply bring it to your local Best Buy store with your receipt and Total Tech Support Membership card. A Best Buy employee will be able to help you process the return and issue you a store credit. Biggest mistake since they tried to force people to get the credit card to earn pints on Apple. Stopped buying apple there that day. They’ll be an online store only at best within 5 years.

So, if you bought your iPhone 15 Pro last weekend, you won't be able to add Totaltech to your purchase and have it cover your phone. However, you can still purchase Totaltech and have it cover all of your other tech, even if you didn't buy it at Best Buy, but that you bought while you had an active membership. I would go to the store, speak with an associate to see if could return the phone, buy the Total Tech Membership, and then buy the same phone with the membership already activated so it gets AppleCare+ automatically.
