Q: QuestionI just bought a new cpu cooler and want to get it installed I already have a membership. Does total tech membership cover the installation of computer parts or is that a separate cost to install the parts?

• A:Answer I would recommend going into a bestbuy store. I thunk its the same with purchasing an apple product from the Apple store as oppose to the Bestbuy. That was one of my deciding factors on why i purchased my Apple watch at BestBuy. I am not a 100 percent certain but i dont thinm you would be covered.

• A:Answer They do help, but it can sometimes take days before anyone can come to your home. However, if the phone tech is able to fix the problem, you are good to go. So, yes, it can be worth the cost.
