Well I just talked to the customer support chat and I have the highest tier membership and I was about to purchase the U7k 75 inch and they told me today that free installation on TVs is not included. So maybe I go someone who didn’t know what they were talking about idk. But it seems like it’s no longer covered.

Please try again later.Hey there, Yes, if you buy a Totaltech Membership today, Geek Squad techs can come and install the TV you bought a week ago, as well as any other old TVs in your house. The membership covers the installation of up to two TVs per year, regardless of when you bought them. So, even though you bought your TV a week ago, you're still eligible for free installation. To schedule a TV installation, simply contact Best Buy customer support or schedule it online. When you schedule the installation, be sure to have the following information ready: The size and weight of your TVs The type of wall that your TVs will be mounted on The desired location for the TV mounts Any special requirements you have A Geek Squad technician will come to your home or office to install the TV mounts and hang your TVs. When you schedule the installation, be sure to have the following information ready: Your Best Buy Total Membership number The make, model, and size of your TV(s) The location where you want the TV(s) to be installed Any special instructions you have for the technicians The technicians will arrive at your home during the scheduled time window and install your TV according to your instructions. They will also clean up any mess they make and answer any questions you have.
