Hello, thank you for purchasing a Beurer product. My name is Victor from Beurer North America and I will be happy to assist you. Please note that there is no difference between the IL50 and the IL51 regarding the operation and function of these 2 models. The only difference is that the model IL51 includes protective goggles whereas the model IL50 does not include protective goggles. The complete wave length range (spectral output) of the model IL50/IL51 infrared heat lamp (in nanometers) is from 500nm to a peak of 1700 nm.
