QuestionI am not finding BB Slim 3 advertised anywhere else other than Best Buy. Is this model '3' exclusively sold by BB? If so, how does it compare/differ with BB Slim 2?? They do have different remote controls. If you have any info on Slim 3, please provide.

- Answer Slim Three is exclusive to the Best Buy. The Slim Three will have additional features, such as a dryer and user presets. All other functions will be the same.

QuestionWhy didn't Bio Bidet mention that the pipe fittings that come with this seat are twice the diameter of american standard fittings and that I would have to spend another $50 and half a day finding adaptors?

QuestionHow to setup the user1 and user2 preferences from remote?

- Answer Once you have set everything how you like it, hold down the stop and up button (on the side of the remote) at the same time for several seconds to set user 1, or stop and down for user 2. The lights on the remote will blink a few times to signal that the settings have been saved.

QuestionI know this requires a GFI outlet. Could you tell me what amp it needs? Also, unless this is a building code question, how far up from the floor does it need to be or how far away from the toilet it should be.

- Answer I happen to be in the process of renovating a bathroom and just installed a GFCI outlet behind my toilet so that the cord is not running along the floor. I used a 15amp. I can't forsee this thing drawing 1500+ watts. I put it 15" (bottom of pvc box) above the floor and about 16" right of center.

- Answer No first hand knowledge, sorry, as ours are 2 piece toilets however, I did install a Kohler Santa Fe one piece elongated bowl at my inlaws and the hole config is standard (I had installed a bio bidet BB-70) which fit fine, so I can't see why this Slim3 it would not fit as the catch plate that is affixed to the bowl first (the bidet slides into) can be adjusted forward or backward.

- Answer Buy the extended warranty. The nozzle or if not then the motor for the nozzle goes out after a year like ours did. They need to make these contraptions more water-proof and silicone/seal around its seams way better. They expect you to not use liquid or spray anything to clean it (...um but it is a toilet) but rather just carefully wiping it down. You would think that since it seats literally on top of water that the engineers would have a better water resistance on these bidets. Could be that Americans just do not yet have a bidet culture like the rest of Europe and Asia so we are all still figuring these out. But way overpriced for the quality for any of the companies here in the USA.

QuestionWhat are the items that come in the box? I am comparing what came in the box of the Slim 3 and looking at the videos of the installation of the Slim 2 and I see there are some rubber washers that would prevent water leakage on my setup... Missing parts?

- Answer Mine did not come with any loose rubber washers. They are on the water line already. I haven't installed it yet though to see if it leaks or not. I am including pictures of what I got in the box other than the seat itself. One thing I noticed they should have included is teflon tape to wrap the threads on the water lines. That might help you out with leaks.

QuestionWhat are the inner dimensions of the opening on the elongated model (length, width)? Does this or does this not have an instant on heater for unlimited heated water? Does it overlap all toilet seats, even when the correct shape is chosen?

- Answer The elongated seat’s opening is 11 & 8 inches at it’s widest. My unit has instant water when I press the remote. If I need to repeat it, I just press the same button again. I can’t say anything about your third question since I only have elongated bowls at home.
