We have an old, round toilet, too. It fits OK. The mounting bracket allows about 2 inches of adjustment, and for us, I could only get it half-way back... so it does push the front inner edge of the seat about 3/4" past the inner edge of the bowl. Not perfect, but not a huge problem. If you have 1.5" of space between the center of the Toilet Seat mounting holes and the front of the tank, you will be OK.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We have a very old toilet and while it doesn't fit perfectly, it fits well enough to function great. When looking down at it with the lid up and seat down, you can see about an inch of the bowl inside at the front.
