• Its maximum range is 25 miles and varies depending on the speed, terrain (uphill uses more juice), weight of the use.

• Operating Range is the maximum range you can use the scooter before the device needs to be recharged. There are no restrictions or "de-rate" on when/where you may use your purchased scooter; that is only a phenomenon with RENTAL scooters owned by Bird. Keep in mind, there are certain places you will have restrictions on where/how you may ride. It is YOUR responsibility to know those laws since your purchased scooter will NOT de-rate/turn off like the RENTAL scooters will!
