My carpets were damp, not wet after I cleaned them. The suction is great and it real removes a lot of water if you take your time and use multiple slow strokes. I’d go over the same area several times to remove as much water as possible. My carpets were completely dry within a couple of hours.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The drying time varies based on the amount of formula sprayed down, the amount of suction passes taken, and the humidity.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This really depends on where you live. In our house, we were at about 30% humidity inside and couldn't open any windows as it was the dead of winter, but the carpets took about 4-5 hours to dry... at least to a comfortable amount to walk on with socks. That's with us going over the same areas several times to get a deep clean.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I found it really depends how much solution you apply to the carpet, how much the machine can pick up. You apply on the forward movement, release the application button and suck up on the pullback movement. The speed at which you push and pull will also affect both application and pickup. The amount of humidity in the air will also affect the drying times
