• This happened to our two prior Bissell machines. The little plug where the water goes in gets clogged. It is a defect of Bissell. You have to store the machine empty and ensure you dry that section out every single time.

• Make sure after each use you are emptying both the solution, and the dirty water tank. Make sure that the solution tank is in line with the designated markings, and the bottom of the solution tank goes into the connector. Ensure that the bottom of the machine is fully pressed together.
