• The answer is backwards...USA is 120 volts and Europe is 230 volts

• The voltage of the machine will depend on where it is manufactured and where it is to be used. Models from the USA are 220v, whereas models from the EU are 110v. HOWEVER, the wattage is much more important than voltage - the standard Crosswave has a lower wattage than the Pet Pro model. I would not advise using a step down/up voltage transformer with any piece of electrical equipment that uses water because of the risk of electrocution!
