If you got geeks quad warranty then you can return to bestbuy if not then have to contact Bissell.

Also the manual says to rinse the filter and all the components after each use. The filters are very cheap on amazon unless you’ve been running it without the filter which probably voided whatever warranty there is. I’ve had mine for two months and have had no problems
