• Bissell does not offer a replacement battery, nor does Best Buy. However, replacement battery packs are available online elsewhere.

• Sadly, according to the user manual I viewed online for this Bissell product range, the battery is NOT replaceable. I am not aware of any such products in this price range with replaceable batteries. To get this feature, products such as Hoover Linx BH50020 would be your entry-level product.
