• The mop pads are not scented. We do have scent discs you can add to them, but the scent is not built into the pad.

• No, at least the ones that come with it are not (I don't think replacement ones are either, I just have not purchased any). They have scent discs that you can insert in the bottom, but you do not have to use them.

• Yes the pads are scented, but you are better of buying Bissell's liquid that you pour into the water chamber.

• The pads are not scented, however the package included 2 Spring Breeze Fragrance Discs that are for my own taste very strong scented. It’s up to you if you want to used them.

• The cleaning pads themselves are not scented. They have scented discs you can put in the lower tray if you like
