• Mine came with a booklet. Perhaps type in the model on search and download instructions. It does have several great uses. I haven't had a chance to try them all yet, but it's like several machines in one.

• it's easy Rich - whenever you need to see most anything 'work' - go to YOUTUBE most likely someone has posted a video showing you how to do and use just about EVERYTHING!

• Basically, it is a steam machine. You just attach the right tools for what you need. For me I use "try and error" to figure out which one is the best fit.
