• You can use Bona according to the maker's instructions and the BISSELL PowerFresh Steam Mop. You cannot use the product in the steam cleaner.

• I bought it exclusively for hardwood floors and it is so good at cleaning them! Sweep then steam!

• yes - just use the lowest steam setting

• My understanding is to use only distilled water - no chemicals, as the steam cleaner does not pick up the water. Mine cleans very well with distilled water alone.

• I don't think you are suppose to use anything but water. I have only used distilled water.

• Great question but we would not recommend using both at the same time or using the Bona solution in the mop.

• @askBissell6 ... why because it's not made by Bissell?? I have ran out of my tile and grout cleaner by HOOVER and used what I liked the best at the time. PINESOL, Mr Clean.... today I may try bona...
